Four kinds of protection.
Qualifying 1-Year Repair Warranty
Many qualifying repairs and replacement components normally include a 1-year repair warranty. Specific coverage varies by repair, component, manufacturer, and circumstances.
Extended 2-Year Repair Warranty
Active Platinum Family Plan members with uninterrupted membership receive an extended 2-year repair warranty for qualifying repairs that normally receive ERKIES’ standard 1-year repair warranty.
Manufacturer Warranties
Qualifying equipment and components may carry manufacturer warranties. Duration, registration, parts, labor, exclusions, and other terms vary by manufacturer and product.
Limited Lifetime Warranty on Select Installations
Available on select qualifying equipment installations. Continued eligibility requires uninterrupted active Platinum Family Plan membership and applicable maintenance requirements. Specific written terms with the qualifying installation control.
